We need to make inner changes for real outer change to occur, and no one can do that work for us. How do we step out of destructive cycles and align with life-giving ones?

This workshop will feature short presentations about the meaning and importance of the Inner Transition and the seven stages of Theory U. Participants will support each other in creating personal action plans and reflect on how to maintain balance in their lives, using a tool called the Mandala of Life. 

There will be another workshop later in the day on “Effective Collaboration and Integral Activism” at the Unitarian Universalists of Sarasota. Tickets for one workshop are $20 each, or you can purchase a combo ticket for $30.
